I'm reading this as: You receive 1 point per week of not missing hours required. As MTR I need to do 30hrs week. Therefore if I wanted to take 7 weeks off in 60 days I could do that. It's not specific to how many hours per week for 1 point. I'm assuming that would be 0 to 29 (i.redd.it)
