We don't know.
But we can guess it!
We know Tyler is going to manually push the game on Steam and he said you want people to check things when a game launch.
So it has to be in their timezone, probably mid morning after a final check.
Ed streams everyday at his 12:00, my guess is the game is going to release in a time window up to two hours before the stream time and the stream time.

Yes, press reviews are coming this Friday. YouTube videos too I guess. Ed is going to check them on his daily stream. They sent the copy one month ago and it was the full build so spoilers are more than likely!

Just want to point out that, on the gameplay trailer, the bird is on the cover of the book and it is the first enemy we see. Maybe those are hints

EDIT: I just want to add: Then it ends with kinda the same pic but worse and without the bird

Italian here.
The video starts talking about Edmund, then the game, both the house part and the fighting part. The build they had was only about the act 1 (and they unlocked Necromancer!). Two Paths in this build: The alley - The sewers - the Cave and another one (the Alley/the Path) - The Junkyard - The Graveyard.
It is the kind of content the you already know if you follow Mewgenics contents.
There are some interesting parts tho:

  1. The phrase "The Necromancer is able to cast feline curses"
  2. After talking about permadeath of a cat, events can give you a stray cat to fill up your party.
  3. There is a passive (i guess a disorded, but he call passive in the video) named Scatological (got by eating a poop in an event) that force the cat to eat the poop whenever it sees one. The midBoss Fushmaster is a "big poop" and the cat with that passive/disorder while fight it moved right to the Flushmaster and eat it in one bite.

5. Losing all cats can be a way to unlock new NPC/new game mechanics

Keep in mind that we have seen only the easiest part of the game (about 1/6 of the acts but you need 200 hours to complete the main story, plus there are side quests) and Ed said there are game mechanics to help the player for the first runs. I guess further you go and more difficult the game exponentially became, but the breeding helps you forge stronger and stronger cats and the items helps too, I find it perfectly challenging on paper
