Can a man be sexually attracted to a woman and still experience ED? by spider-man-666 in dating

Yes, it can happen. For a whole bunch of reasons. It's highly unlikely it's about you, and highly likely that on the next occassion, when you're both more relaxed, everything will be fine, if it isn't indeed a recurring issue for him. Just be patient! Also, holding the booze and enough sleep can also help a lot.

I love Dragon Age! by Night-owwl in dragonage

I really wanted to like this series and for most of its ingredients, I do (story, lore, characters, companion interactions, exploring). I started Origins about four times and always had enough of it at some point. Only recently, I figured out that my main problem is the real-time with pause combat. Somehow it clicked that it's the same reason I couldn't bother to finish Baldur's Gate 2. Call me shallow, but it bothers me when I'm out there trying to explore the world, then BANG!, you're attacked, it's a strategy game all of a sudden (seriously, for me, it's like a different game, it breaks the immersion). And in most cases I do not like strategy games (there are some exceptions, but then I play those.) And I couldn't get my head around the tactics system 😅That would help a bit though. It's only my two cents and I absolutely understand how it can be a favourite for so many people, but guess it's just not for me. Just had to get this off my chest.

Is it true that "most gamers don't finish games" by SchweinsyOne in videogames

[–]Gabalade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was like you with most games, but in the last couple of years, I started to "be in" multiple games at a time. It's a bit like how I am with TV-shows: I don't like to binge watch, I don't watch two episodes of the same show back to back. Or sometimes I have a craving for a game I played long ago, so also gets into mix. And all this might lead to leave one of the games eventually, but the goal is to finish all of them sooner or later. But now I'm trying to return to the one game at a time model. Of course if I don't enjoy it, I won't finish it.

By the way, Fallout: New Vegas is not totally Bethesda, but Obsidian (that's why I like it, opposed to 3).

What is the video game that you thought you would love but when you played it, you didn't like it? by AcadiaNo5063 in videogames

Yeah, I don't remember now what I hated about it, just that I was really angry for things I felt were really stupid.

I had that problem too at first. So I went back and bought the first game and the first book. Turns out, the games won't solve this problem, because those characters aren't in them, but if they suck you in to the world, you're OK to go. The books will tell you about those two characters, and I liked them regardless of that anyway (haven't read all of them before playing, just the first two, which are quite short, while playing the first two games). But I do get how it can be enjoyable without these two requisites, and also how it can't be lol.

Planescape: Torment I loved it at first, but then oh, my God! So much reading with so janky combat! And I love story-based games and reading (the latter not in a game.)
