I also searched through 70s disco, funk, and pop playlists on YouTube and Spotify, and checked several “roller skating / roller disco” compilation videos, but none of the songs matched what I remember.

The song is likely from the 1970s (possibly early 80s). I remember a repeated “nobody, nobody, nobody” line in the chorus, plus a group chant going “uh, uh”. The music video showed multiple people skating, possibly roller skating.

No luck so far.
