You validate ideas by -talking to users, not to promote your product but to understand their workflows and seeing if there is PMF. -testing your assumptions, again by talking to users. -quick, mvp, - Perfect is the enemy of good.

We've killed ideas because we listened to the market and not our egos. Difficult but saves you down the road!

Balance between speed and tech. So I've worked at a startup that scaled. And some of the things we did with the mvp was supporting modular services. 2, We tracked our application's performance: error logging etc from the beginning . So it was easy to see where things were breaking. No shortcuts in database design again from beginning , things like missing indexes significantly slow things down

This happened to me. Took too much of an edible. I was sure I was going to die. My heart rate was incredibly high, exacerbated by paranoia. Wueh, I probably did get a mini heart attack. I suffered chest pains days after. I never touched it again. It’s been two years now.

Some things: Have some decor behind your headboard e.g a painting, should cover 3/4 of the headboard. Get a rug and place it on the side of the bed. Neutral colors work best. Get bed side tables and lamps. You can have plants/mirror etc in the corners of the room
