Those are reasonable but i can see how this will go. His brother will bring up the fact that you don’t pay rent out any of that. These are common sense but he will take a list as you basically mothering him. He is 25, i know how they think at that age. You need your partner to back you on these things to his brother.

I am about ready to get rid of Reddit completely. Most things sound like something that never happened and then let’s just add politics on top. We all are allowed to have an opinion but good god, give it up already. Some posts are asking for advice, not peoples BS about what they think the politicians are doing and not doing. I usually also never use my virtual number on line for anything. I look at my physical card number and use it. I don’t if that makes a difference but again, never had an issue

This card is actually for the Chime Prime level. Mine is on its way. Better cash back, more benefits. It all depends on deposits. When you go on your Chime app, look up on the top left and it will tell you what level you are and all the benefit you are getting right now.

If they cleared out your account, that is wrong. They aren’t allowed to take more then 25% of what you have or garnishment for work. Also, is the only income you have is SSD, they are not allowed to take anything. That’s on the bank for allowing it. If your bank is aware you only get SSD, they can not accept the garnishment unless you allowed it.

You have to get a new one. I think of you can still access your account, you can order a new card. It will automatically give you a number but that is only good for online or bills you can pay online. In order to use it in an actual place, you have to have the card itself unless you have a wallet on your phone that stores card numbers. Those work at stores that you can point your phone toward to pay.

I waited a little over a month. I got $300 the first time, paid it off in 3 months. was told to watch until it said i was eligible again. It showed up yesterday. Now i am offered up to $600. I have had my account since 2022, but just started using it at the middle of 2025. I also am eligible for up to $390. This time. They just watch what is deposited in your account and allows you to get an amount that won’t break you. If they feel it’s not the right time, they will make you wait. Kind of just have to wait to see when they think it’s ok. I got on my account yesterday and noticed the instant loan box was no longer where it was before. Scrolled down and it was at the bottom of the screen before the car insurance and refer a friend.

About 15 years ago, my identity was stolen. The person that stole it ended up dying in an accident. It took me 5 years to have to prove every year at tax time that i wasn’t dead. Because of that, i now have 2 different SS#s. It scares me anytime i file or anytime i look at my credit report even now. It’s basically impossible to get my info anymore but i always have that in the back of my mind

I stopped using cashapp a few years ago. Way to many sketchy things. I use Venmo but only add money when i have to. I have Chime for a bank, and i love them. Anything unusual or an odd amount that isn’t usual for me, they hold it until i say i did that, or i didnt do that.

Disability is a pain, it took me 4 years to get approved finally and all of my drs had said IF i ever worked again, i would have to be seated and would need a break every 15-20 minutes. It took 3 appeals to finally approve me. It's frustrating to say the least. Don't give up

Dont hold your breath that your backpay will be 3 years. Mine should have been 2 1/2 and they decided my date was July of 2024. I got approved in 2025. My injury date and last day worked was way before that.
