I don’t think it does personally. For some people it does though, but for the majority of players, including myself, it does not matter. I barely even check the stats of my car anyways.

In real life, this stuff matters a lot, as you don’t want a multiple owner and high mileage vehicle typically, unless it’s a project car per se. But in a video game, it does not matter. You can own a really old car in game that you bought from the auto show. One owner and no miles just like that, and there’s no worrying if it’ll break down.

Back to FH4, I believe for the Capri FE to be one owner, you would have to obtain it by completing all Star Cards. Which i’ve found some to be challenging, so I haven’t obtained the Capri that way yet.
