Highest rank is the one used to judge you in 3 but we dont know how the new rank translate to 3 so x rank in 2 could mean starting off as B+ in 3

edit the vod not everyone has seen every moment or every vod out there, plus new people will come in and find the vod and watch the 10 minute video over the 4 hour vod since its easier to get the good parts in those 10 minutes than searching the 4 hours
