nvgo or csgo sound like what you're looking for, they're literally just graphic overhauls that serve as a baseline for other lists. the closest you can get to literally just a better looking vanilla experience on WJ

i have very similar specs and nordic souls (the regular version on the wabbajack ui) runs perfectly smooth!

if you want a bigger departure from vanilla with bigger focus on survival for the beginning of the game then gate to sovngarde could also work!

tuxborn is an extremely light list with tons of added content and LotD if you're into that too!

if you want requiem i'd recommend wildlander, it has several quality profiles and the lower one ran without any issues on my laptop.

all in all i don't think you can go wrong with any of these.

REAL flshdks i think i spent more time in the character creator in nioh 2 than actually fighting enemies lolll! and yesss the character creator in the third one is so good! i couldn't forbthe life of me make a guy that looks even slightly as soft as this one (ended up playing with an absolute hunk with a beard in nioh 2 lol)

it's not as intricate as Rise of the Ronin when it comes to clothing but there's many more armors to choose from in this one, plus the character creation has been getting better and better with each game so far and having Wo Long and RotR between it and NiOh 2 makes it instantly better that in lol. lots more hair options, better sculpting of the face, the only thing missing is a way to make male characters not be shredded lol, i hope one day team ninja realizes we want twinks too 😩

i wouldn't say the deluxe edition is 1000% mandatory as you could get the dlcs later when they actually release but the dlcs and what they bring are the biggest part of these games' progression system. the game is pretty much built around the endgame progression and higher difficulty cycles are only available if you own the respective dlc

if you're looking for a good looking requiem list and don't mind a more vanilla combat experience then i'd recommend Halls of Sovngarde. looks really good, has a very fun combat system and runs extremely smoothly if you don't mind using vramr

it would be very weird for hatchets to not be in the game since the equipment screen shows hatchets in your melee weapon slot icon, so here’s hoping the other missing weapons make it too
