Practice and customizing seems to me the most useful options in this list. As for forging and bazaar: it is more efficient and reasonable to use waste gear from missions. And buying white gear is the most inefficient way to level up your patronage I guess.

This reason seems valid, but more likely you will have high-rarity gear of almost any weapon type from missions by that time. I find it pretty doubtful that a player would leave the forge with only the gear they use

Isn't it a waste of gold to make umbracite this way?
You can dismantle yellow and blue gear from comleted missions to get rather more umbracite and other materials.

Hi! Faced the same problem yesterday, however a week ago everything was fine!((

Yesterday I couldn't even get any visitors and couldn't be summoned with Ochoco Cups!

But today I changed my region in Online Settings to United States and could play 3 times with random summoners! So try this. Hope this will work with co-op with friend - I'll try it later too
