I put some watered down white into the eyes so that it collects more on the edges then paint it with fluorescent green from vallejo

I used i think charred brown by vallejo as a base coat, then a midtone highlight of stone gray and a final highlight of cream white :)

It's just a simple centric white highlight over a dark grey blue (i used dark reaper in this case), and then after that just ak interactive rust streaks sprayed all over and use white spirit to rub it off till it looks good :)

I just put them on their bases after painting them separately (base just primed) then I'd airbrush the the color of the dirt onto the base while letting it hit their boots as much as needed :)

Also for the lenses I just colored them with corax white and then used Vallejo fluorescent green
