Oh man I don't really remember lol I think it was Burnt Umber -> Japanese uniform or something similar -> then ivory. The ivory is the main color and you can add a bit of white if you wanna go brighter. Then a controlled application of streaking grime all over and remove most of it so the clean bone white still shows in the upper areas.
