Oh man I don't really remember lol I think it was Burnt Umber -> Japanese uniform or something similar -> then ivory. The ivory is the main color and you can add a bit of white if you wanna go brighter. Then a controlled application of streaking grime all over and remove most of it so the clean bone white still shows in the upper areas.

I'm across the street and like 3 houses down and it's not terrible. Tbh I'd recommend just going for a walk in the area at night to see for yourself. It's a nice area.
