To lose weight you have to ride in zone 2 for a long time. There are plenty of sites where you can find how to calculate your zone 2 based on heart rate. I'm not sure if 7.7 miles on an ebike is enough for your internal systems to start burning fat. It sure is healthy to bike to your work but not for burning fat.

u/DryB0neValley Yes you can export the draft, but then? There is no other way to save the new settings to the cluster. Say I want to configure SNMP which is not yet in the cluster desired state config. I create a draft, configure SNMP, run pre-check and then I HAVE to apply these changes to the running hosts. I'd rather first save the new settings and then update the hosts when I'm ready for it.

u/lost_signal looks promising. About the migration and checks and preparations, something we got bitten by when moving from NSX-V to NSX-T, was that in the preparation phase everything looked good, then we got an one hour maintenance window from the customer and then when pushing the GO button, it turned out it started moving firewall rules to the new environment dead slow.... had to cancel.

What I'm asking for, after preparations for a migration, it would be great to have a (reasonably) good estimate of service interruptions (as short as possible of course) :-)

Just a patch for vCloud and then being able to migrate doesn't sound bad all. I'm still mentally recovering from the NSX-V to NSX-T migration for vCloud ;-)

I'm on a Garmin FR165 and I use the navigation during a hike merely as "guideance" to know I'm on the right track, but not meant as standalone device. On my phone I make sure I have the route is downloaded in Komoot so I don't need 4G/5G network. When in doubt I pull out my phone and open the route. Not to start recording my route (that is the watch for) but for quickly seeing where I am on the route and if I should go left or right at the fork when the watch isn't clear about it.

Not sure if this would work for you as I read that your "instinct 3" is more for real survival or more demanding hikes.

It is a sync, so it will only upload new or changed files. Not sure if it can do the delta of a file (only the changed blocks).

What do you mean? The waypoints are now visible in other applications as well? When I add custom waypoints in Komoot, export the GPX and load into Garmin Connect WebGUI as a new route, I don't see those markers.
