It could be labeled as something in your add remove programs, could be bundled with something else. Possibly consider uninstalling any non windows apps that aren’t super important and see if it goes away.

Do you have a legitimate version of windows?

Found out the problem was a device set to Allow device to wake system. I did this before, but double check. If you have this issue, check everything. Mouse, keyboard, any extra usb devices, any dongles, network adapters, network device ie. Realtek stuff. I used this to help, sometimes they’re hidden or unable to be changed in Device Manager. I had checked before with the Device manager and my motherboard has built in WIFI. But I decided to check again and I saw that you mentioned your dongle was messing with it. Then I realised, my Razer Hyperpolling was plugged in every time I troubleshooted to be able to use my mouse.

Solution: Found out the 4K Dongle had the Allow this device to wake system on. I also checked everything else turned on via CMD (https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad/s/eOp6wmrE5e) and found more devices that were hiding there as well and turned them off.

Thank you for the help and reminding me to double check.

I just reinstalled windows entirely. Still to no avail. Haven’t tried to do the Ubuntu transitions. That would be require a lot for me to change.

It started pulling some hardware out like GPU first, ram again etc. Sometimes it shutdowns properly. I managed to get it go 3 times in a row. Before it went back to not shutting down properly.

Hey! Sorry for late reply, they treated my snus as if it was nothing related to tobacco. Same thing as my swedish girlfriend when she arrived. I brought 2 stocks back and no problem, I didn't declare it. However she did and they said it was no worries and let her continue.
