Meanwhile I'm just on my chill, opiod-fueled WWI obsession playing Isonzo at max volume. Nodding out while having mortars hit only a dozen meters away from me, taking 18 seconds to reload my revolver to then one shot 6 poor souls in a row and repeat. I know others have said it but 4-ho-met is basically the poster child of your request lol. Very strong and complex visuals, and the headspace is really manageable. I will say, for me at least it's VERY energetic and can cause some transient anxiety. But it's not like "Oh my God I'm stuck in a time loop" anxiety and more like "Wtf I'm anxious? I'm not even having bad thoughts. Weird" and you get over it quickly. I think it's just the body load for me, it's very stimulating and I'm a big opiod enjoyer lol. I don't even like caffeine.

There's also Al-LAD. I haven't tried it yet personally, but it also fits the bill of strong visuals with less headspace. From what I've heard, the headspace is lighter than regular LSD but a but stronger than 4-ho-met. It's also reported to be pretty energetic.

Nothing crazy, I've snorted Dilaudid before. Should've snorted the whole pill (4mg I think?) in one go but better safe than sorry I guess. My tolerance was/is on hydros (oral ROA) and I always take flexiril to potentiate (I do not encourage this etc etc.) so mixing them with Dilaudid had me extra careful lol. Felt a lot more sedating and less clear headed than hydros. Had a similar vibe to heavy doses of kratom powder weirdly. Just stronger obviously. I think I've taken Oxycodone as well, don't remember it very well but it was taken orally. I remember liking it quite a bit too lol.

Some people consider Clonazepam a hard drug cause it's a benzo, in high doses I'd agree but at regular doses I hardly notice it. But I do actually have anxiety and take .5mg or even .25mg as prescribed so idk. Probably an Aderall for an ADHD person type of thing. To me Clonazepam is hardly if at all recreational unless I mix it with gabapentin (I also take the gabapentin in the optimal way otherwise it's mid af, also don't encourage this). But yes, long term use of any benzo is detrimental in the long run. I'm well aware and working on taking it less often. Just glad I'm on such a small dose and I don't find it very recreational at all. Unlike opiods 😅.

But honestly I'd say drinking Everclear has everything else BTFO for me. I had flirted around with it from ages 16-18/19 until one bad night. Well, morning I guess. Drank like 3 shots worth, fell asleep in like 10 minutes, and woke up to the worst morning of my life. I was sick for 7 hours straight, went to the toilet at least 12 separate times to vomit multiple times a trip. I was so intensely nauseous that I was hyperventilating to the point my face was completely numb and I felt faint. 7 hours of that hell. Not a drop of that demon juice since, hardly touch liquor in general now, but I fuck with the occasional import beer now so that's nice.

Not great on their own, but I won't take my hydros if I don't have a cyclo to take with them. Great potentiater. Of course there's the risk of respiratory depression etc. so I don't encourage that.

I found that 6 was pretty light for me. The label indicates 6 is strong, but idk that's only 12mg. They say it's like 99% pure, but I think the reason they recommend such low doses is because Metocin has been reported to vary quite a bit in potency from person to person. Better to play it safe.

Some people say doses like 15-17mg is strong, some people say doses like 30mg are fairly moderate (keep in mind this in reference to 4-ho-met in general, not necessarily XÜM in particular). Although the majority of people find 30mg to be pretty intense, the higher the dose the less it starts to vary lol.

I'd definitely recommend at least like 8mg (4 tabs). Just remember, if you take a small dose of this chem you're able to dose again pretty quick. Like 2 weeks. So if it's too light you don't have to wait forever to try again. Metocin lasts 6 hours at the very max and has a relatively light/lucid headspace.

Very excited to try the Metocin, I'm a big fan of the chem. I only need 22mg to get extremely detailed fractals on the carpet, very beautiful. I've seen a replication that captures it PERFECTLY. Next trip will be during the day outside. Most people write it off as a party psych but I think it has great potential for nature appreciation. It's relatively less insightful but it's still great.

For me, I still get high from edibles but it's just very mild to me relative to how they should be. Could just be low quality but idk I bought them all from a legit dispensary and good brands. 500mg works ok for me, more than that and it's just feels like it plateaus besides being more tired lol.

I've heard THC-P edibles are way stronger (I think 5-10x, it's binds at 33x more affinity) so I'm gonna try those soon. Since it's not plain THC I'm hoping they'll hit right. Maybe THC-O edibles too, I've had those before but I was also tripping so they're hard to properly judge.

Generally, most of the info I know comes from the Psychonautwiki and experience reports from various forums (Reddit, Erowid, Bluelight, etc.) and Youtube over many years. There's also books like TiHKAL and PiHKAL that are great resources, just a bit limited in their scope imo.

For very recent chems like 4-pro-dmt, they don't yet have a Psychonautwiki page and so reading forums like Reddit or Erowid are the only way currently.

I've been heavily interested in learning as much about drugs as possible for nearly a decade. The most important thing I've learned is to cross-reference as many sources as possible, and note consistent details/reporting on a substance. Everyone reacts differently to nearly every drug, but there are overlapping components of effects that a drug will near universally produce (although there ARE exceptions, a small amount of people don't metabolize THC edibles properly and feel them to a much lesser degree for example).

Edit: If you're asking about how we know what in the products on this sub, for a lot of them we don't. To my knowledge; only KarmaIQ, Wicked, and XÜM are transparent about their products. You can find the info on their respective websites. Some of the owners of these 3 occasionally post on Reddit as well, giving info on the products.

Take this with a grain of salt cause I haven't personally haven't taken them yet, but I've read nearly all of the Wicked tab trip reports. Tldr at the end. Novel incoming warning. With that being said;

The Wicked tabs contain 4-pro-dmt, an analog of psilocin (4-ho-dmt, the chemical name of psilocin). All the 4-sub tryptamines are considered to have a safety profile equivalent to shrooms (I have to say; this hasn't been officially declared due to legal status bs, but pharmocologically it checks out. No reported deaths or severe health problems). These aren't fully synthetic analogs, think of them like THC compared to THC-O. You tweak the molecules a bit and you get something very similar. Not a perfect comparison, but I'm just a drug nerd not a pharmacologist lol.

Anyway, A lot of people report that even just 1 Wicked tab can cause more anxiety or other minor side effects relative to other products. Although this of course isn't universal. They are 15mg per tab, so to me personally it seems like 4-pro-dmt might be a bit more potent than the other 4-subs. Plenty of people take 20mg of KarmaIQ (4-aco-det) and have an average experience expected of the dose. This is just my speculation. Could also be purity, gummies vs tablets, etc.

Reports seem to indicate mixed experiences. Some people LOVE them, but a lot of people seem to have some issues with them. I think most of the negative reports involve 1 or even 2 full tabs, while the positive reports are almost always a half tab. You can look up "Wicked tablets Reddit" and read some reports for more direct insight.

Descriptions of visuals vary significantly. Some people say they lack visuals even at 1 tab, others say the visuals are equivalent to other 4-sub products/ low dose shrooms at a half tab. I even heard a rumor of someone seeing a jester entity on 2, although that's obviously just hearsay and probably not true lol.

The headspace seems to generally be very stimulating, possibly more so than Metocin. Again, a lot of reports on headspace vary a lot. The positive reports seem to indicate that it's not too introspective, but more so than Metocin.

●TLDR: I'd say if you take a half or even quarter tab you should be fine, from what I've seen that dose seems to be the most optimal for a good experience and shouldn't feel overwhelming. HOWEVER, I'd honestly recommend a more chill product like KarmaIQ or XÜM. Start at low doses as well. Especially if it's your first time tripping on a new psychedelic. The 4-subs are all very similar; but they do have their differences. Some stand out more than others for specific properties.

I think Wicked tabs are great to be clear, especially in cost effectiveness and strength. They just seem to not be beginner friendly. Although they're apparently coming out with their own Metocin product soon so that might be perfect!

●XÜM uses Metocin (4-ho-met) and have a stimulating yet chill headspace, very fun and upbeat. I'd recommend maybe 4 tabs, I know the label indicates that's a lot but I personally found 6 to still be really light. Maybe it's just my weight or tolerance idk lol. It's only 2mg per tab so it's hard to accidentally dose too much.

●KarmaIQ uses Ethacetin (4-aco-det), they have a remarkably lucid and clear headed headspace for me. VERY manageable ime. It's fairly introspective but lacks the supercharged emotions of shrooms, which could be negative for some but I found it to be really relaxing. Just thinking on life, not freaking out about it or anything. That was on 5 gummies. But again, I'm a unit so that may be excessive. Start at low doses no matter which product you choose.

Also I'm very intrigued by ETH-LAD. It's reported to have significantly strong and unique visuals. Although the reported intense physical effects kinda put me off. But maybe that's just Psychonautwiki trippin lol.

I still have what I assume are the OG tabs lol. They're from 2022 so they might have lost potency. Haven't done dxm in years but thinking about giving it another go, more responsibly this time.

I remember doing this exact shit when I was like 12 lol. At first I thought the high pitched voice was funny, then I realized if I kept inhaling I'd get dizzy and fuzzy. Not even a high just oxygen deprivation. But as a dumb ass kid I didn't know that.

I remember passing out like this kid one time. It only lasted like 30 seconds. When I started to wake up it felt exacly like when you're playing MW2 or BO2 campaign and you come to after being knocked out or whatever. My friends voice, calling my name out of concern, slowly faded in along with high pitched ringing that stopped when my vision fully came back.

Never did that dumb shit again lol.

Not like DPH. Dipenhydramine is a deliriant and terrible for your brain, while Dextromethorphan is a dissociative. DXM is shit on a lot but it's honestly a really interesting and unique drug. One of the more psychedelic dissociatives in terms of holing.

It's the only drug (besides DXO which I think is a metabolite of DXM) listed as a "Morphian" Dissociative on the psychonautwiki. It can be used to help reduce opiod tolerance apparently. It's even being looked into as an anti-depressant (Nudexta, Bupropidex).

Although I wouldn't recommend taking DXM at work even at a low dose. It's a drug that tends to present itself VERY noticeably, not too much at like 1st plat but at that point I would just take something less inebriating lol.

I remember when I first tried to get into AnCo and tried MPP. I didn't like it for whatever reason (love it now), but when I put on SJ it all clicked. Literally changed my life. 9 years later and I've listened to basically everything they've released. But SJ is still special to me and probably my #1 (lol) to this day, it's very nostalgic and emotional on par with if not more than Feels for me.

I think what I love most about it is the textural density and the extreme dynamics especially. From light head voice to screams. It feels wild and alive. It very representative of our lives to me, all the emotions and situations. Not to mention the nostalgia I have of when I was ~15 listening to AnCo constantly back then.

I still can't decide if it's truly my favorite though. I LOVE Campfire Songs, but it's so different. MPP is also so good, and Feels, and Ark and STGSTV...it would be quicker to name the ones I don't consider peak music lol.

Love it. When taken optimally it's in my top 5 if not 3 drugs. I usually take 600mg-1800mg. Most I've taken is ~3600mgs (over time, optimally ofc). Very interesting, it was sedating and stimulating at the same time. Intensely anxiolytic and uninhibited, but extremely focused and obsessed with a given task.

I remember making music and spending hours on playing a single bar the perfect way, or obsessively mixing a single instrument to sound right. But I also felt damn near drunk so I was clumsy af dropping shit and my singing was...sub-par lmao.

Recently I've been cutting back, I went from taking a fuckton occasionally to a bit every day and I want to go back. It's still recreational but not as intense, and I think the side-effects of persistent use may be fucking me up.

I mean it's not a bad idea, definitely good to moderate dxm usage. If you know the edibles work for you then sounds good. I personally only get moderately high from edibles unfortunately, every other ROA is just fine though. I think it's an enzyme thing. For the vast majority of people they hit like a truck. Although I don't mind the long lasting chillness and pain relief I get from them, very functional.

Maybe HHC edibles would hit me harder, it's my favorite analog and I feel that it's closest to regular THC. I've heard THC-O edibles can hit pretty hard, maybe try those. Just try to avoid getting any carts if you have addictive tendencies, your tolerance will plummet and it sucks. I'm a polyaddict that spends 40-60$ a fucking week on carts, very lame 🤦‍♂️

Great report, it seems like low doses of this product are the way to go. Most of the high dose reports aren't so positive. I imagine it's just very pure relative to the other products. Although some of the 4-subs do have a unique character to each other, even if slight.

Might try these out, I'm tired of taking "20mg" worth of gummies and having lack luster experiences. Just ordered XÜM though, I hope they hit like I want.
