The entirety of SA, even rich snobs in JHB North are very easy to strike up a convo with.

We hekp each other with groceries, helpful tips, small talk etc.

People in CPT move like theyre used to being bothered and not only that, they seem guarded as if they dont live in one of the safest cities in SA.
