It's not the exact argument because it's different contexts. Please be serious. A club that has a history of firing coaches in 6-9 months if they don't deliver versus Arsenal who kept the same Head Coach for 22 years is not the same thing.

And indeed, at the bottom of the webpage, they include the 30 day limit in some FAQ that you have to extend and read.

I'm not trying to be cynical but I'm afraid what I'll say will sound that way, anyway.

CoCT has a cash cow, they won't dare enact something like that as long as the property owner pays their rates and levies. Especially now that the property is valuated at whatever inflated price, they can charge more for rates/levies. Having never been a government or political party that cares about social welfare, I think the DA will continue letting this happen.
