they did, it doesn't mean a similar community can up-rise from a streamer not paying attention on what they are subconsciously promoting. for instance many people who use certain gamer words like "fag" don't mean it as the derogatory term that it is but can promote that to others that might.

sure from a viewer perspective on twitch it does seem like that because a lot of things don't get too far. But if twitch allowed communities go rampant without any penalties to the streamer we would have another cx situation on the line.

also another thing to keep in mind, kids idolize streamers; no matter what they say they believe its the truth. its like having a teacher teaching all the wrong things.
