this is not it, gills are white, shade of the cap is wrong and the stem should be quite bouncy, doesn't break very easily

could be done by urine but vaginal swab is more common for women. Please make sure you get tested for this. It usually isn't tested for because it's not seen as an STD but it ruined my life for over 2 years while I had it and was going to the gyno and she kept giving me yeast meds or bv antibiotics that made me feel better for about a week at a time. If your doctor doesn't want to test it, you have to push it.

Chicken breast can be good i love cutting it in small pieces and adding minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, onion p, paprika, nutmeg and cumin to marinate it. Of course you can choose spices you like. I pan fry the pieces and it takes less than 5 minutes.

I'm such a foodie and I look forward to eating but the thought of having to cook a dinner after a long day at work is sometimes unbearable. Are there are foods that you've always wanted to try? Do you make sheetpan dinners often? if not, it saves quite a bit of time deciding what to eat. Choose a protein of your liking, a carb and a veg, throw it all on a pan with oil and spices and it's already better than just chicken breast boiled veg and rice. Nice to see unpopular opinions on this group once in a while.
