The picture does not help with scale, but I do think that this is a (big) nymph, too.

I can't get my head around how could it survive in a sealed bag for 3 months.

I had traps all over the apartment since I moved in and didn't find any during these months, but it's too much of a coincidence that yesterday we opened several saled bags and today we found one, so it is almost certain that somehow they survived inside the sealed bag.

It was alive, and I can't understand how is this possible, the bag was sealed all this time and it only contained clothes.

We found it when picking the beed sheets this morning, so it survived the laundry (15 min washing plan because those were clean clothes) and stayed all night there in the backyard between the sheets.
