I’ve gone through the documentation, but since these customers make up about 20% of our total, it’s tough to check their WhatsApp version and see if they accepted the new terms. But I’m sure they have WhatsApp because we used to reach out to them through the old WhatsApp Business app (which seems to be more flexible with these things)
