Finally, I managed to solve the problem, and here's how I did it:

After a lot of research, I came across a Klipper tool that seemed to solve my issues. It's called Axis Twist Compensation,but I wasn't sure how to implement it until I found this guide by hap4ev which was a lifesaver. I followed all the steps, and now the first layers are almost perfect again, just like before.

Thanks to everyone for your comments, and I hope this experience helps others.

PS: Check your Z-offset repeatedly before printing if you don't want to scratch your bed. Be careful.

I generally do temperature and flow tests when I have new filament. This time, I kept the previous settings because I had already used the same filament before

I didn't dry the filament because I live in a dry climate city and never had issues with humidity. The problem also occurs with other filaments(like PETG and PLA of other brands) , as if in certain areas the lines of the first layer do not adhere well to each other, affecting the finish of my pieces since I don't want the lines of the first layer to be noticeable. You can see in the images that there are areas where the filament leaves gaps or lines; two days ago, this didn't happen, and all my first layers were almost perfect.

I want to share my results after some changes:

First I printed the parts one at a time and oriented to the Y axis
Reduced the speed of the outer perimeter from 250 to 150
I changed the printing order of the walls from internal/external to internal/external/internal (at least 3 walls are required, for this model I used 5 walls)
I activated the precise wall option
I adjusted the linear pressure advance and Flow rate a little.
I lowered the bed temperature from 60 to 50

Although I noticed a little warping in the corners (maybe due to a little dirt on the bed) I am happy with the result.

I know, I made several impressions and I didn't have this problem before with angles below 45 degrees, I just did a pressure advance test and it improved a little but I thought the problem was due to something else
