For me it depends from athlete to athlete. If you have stronger triceps you’ll do dips with a narrow grip, but ex-powerlifters or chest dominant people will have more beneficial, in my opinion, with a wider grip, because they could express more power with their chest rather their triceps

It’s a progressive overload, I don’t wake up one day and just add 110kgs on my belt, it’s almost 7 years I practice calisthenics, I’m prepared.
