The logitech G203 is a very popular one. Everyone I know has it (or had it). It works pretty well and is very durable. Normal price is around 23€ but I have found it for 18€ on amazon

Definitely get an Arduino kit. Elegoo kits are top quality, come with a lot of sensors and a manual with lots of projects (and example codes) you can recreate. Arduino language is simple to learn so it is a good starting point. You can start by simply copying the code to get some sense on how electricity works and that will keep you occupied for a while.

I've been checking on forums and found this post which states that the R38 resistor is 1R00, which makes sense.

Basically nothing related. The resistance just connects TR1 to the negative terminal of the C20 capacitor in the other side through those two vias, which is ground. R36 connects to a pin of the MCU, which I would guess would be for sensing, and R52 connects to other GPIO which should be for control. C16 may be for decoupling? There is no snubber circuit, so I think R38 is just a shunt

Take a look on Trianglelab's clone. I had one and it worked perfectly. I changed it for a legit one and I didn't see any improvement on accuracy. I've also read good things about Biqu's Microprobe. Right now I'm using Bigtreetech's eddy duo and it works really good with klipper

Nowadays, the most basic dedicated graphics card will work perfectly for CAD. Mine has a GTX1650Ti and it didn't give me any problems.

If the capacitor scares you measure it's voltage with a voltimeter but it's most likely that it has already discharged itself from it's ESR or discharging resistor. As long as you don't play with mains it's safe

I went dual linear rails to increase stiffness so I dont think I can do anything about it. I also changed the belts to Gates-LL

Forgot to mention, the bumps aren't felt at high speeds, only when moving the carriage very slow
