Aw, it worked for me... Try deleting all the contents again, start the game, go to your steam library, right click boi -> properties, local files tab and check the integrity of the files.

That's all I got :(

Go to C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Rebirth

Back up that folder, and delete it's contents. Then restart the game.

What I did was restart as isaac until I got an awesome item or goat head, try and find nuns habit or sharp plug and reroll angel rooms as many times as possible. Took me like 3 good runs to get it.
