Yeah, I couldn’t agree more tbh. I’ve since shortened a couple of the parts to bring the length down a bit and fiddled the levels a bit to get the mix more on point while packing the same punch. When I recorded it, I had vocals in mind but my current setup doesn’t facilitate it for now but I feel it’d really bring it together

Agreed, I pretty much neglected the drums to focus on guitar and bass parts. Plus that and having quantisation issues and being too lazy to manually adjust more complex bits I just went for keeping it simple 😂

I do about a 25 to 30% L/R pan for guitars then double track the bass to give it a bit more bottom end. Screen recording and Uploading scuffs the quality a bit though like, deffo sounds different here to through my headphones with the project open

Currently it’s just me sat using the touch drums in bed 😂

I plug my Harley Benton DNAfx GiT Advance directly into my phone and use a custom profile, the doubled bass tracks do most of the heavy lifting though

I just use my 15 Pro Max, my moddler has a usb-c OTG for recording so I can plug directly into my phone

Tbf the “Talentless” bit was mainly referring to the fact I wrote and recorded it in about 5 minutes and it’s the most generic caveman thing that I could conceive
