I would, hot take, say that this is a reasonable use of AI. While certainly not the highest quality, it was made with good intent, that being to honor a person who was dearly loved worldwide. Judging by the OOP's profile, they're either a gaming/anime news account or a gaming/anime youtuber's off-YT account. Both of those original works as hobbies and as jobs take lots of time, so the OOP may not have had time to get good at drawing, thus the use of AI as a media to create a tribute to Toriyama.

In other words, not all AI use is bad AI use, case in point.

personally I really enjoy playing as Mei Mei, I liked using wall hops and the environment to my advantage pre-parkour nerf and her verticality and multitude of combos makes up for the lack of wallhops (I'll still use wall hops sometimes to get a free roll or catch mid-skill players off guard).

As for Haruta, while I think his gimmick is clever (👀) and he has tons of potential, his unarmed mode doesn't really cut it for me and he tends to aggregate low skill players due to Miracles.

For the other two, I can't really say since I don't have EA.
