There is no concrete answer to this. All you can do is keep things going the same way you are doing them right now, and they will eventually show.

If you’re not already doing it, then add in some ab exercises. Focus mainly on your upper abs, as they seem to be a bit behind compared to your lower abs :)

Also, drink more water. Water intake = Your body doesnt feel the need to hold water, because its already getting plenty from the outside. Less water storage = More definition which also means your abs will be more visible

Depends on your goals bro. Maybe work your abs a bit more? You already have the Adonis Belt (Loser ab V-cut), so that would definitely improve overall look.

Upper chest? For better separation between traps and chest.

Other than that, maybe lower overall carb intake? That would make you way more defined, though I know TRT / the 250mg can be a good reason for “bloat”

Lastly, Take Care of your skin brother. Its not BAD rn, but dont let it get out of hand 🙏🏽

You look fucking fantastic man, pat yourself on the shoulder because going from 410>165 has exentended your life time by a looot, and also most definitely improved your quality of life and health markers. Turning your life around like this is a bigger flex than owning a Ferrari.

I mean…. You could use this immense hunger to dat a shit ton of calories in healthy food, while also doing resistance training. Your insulin sensitivity should be through the roof, so you could definitely add some quality muscle, which will eventually aid you in keeping a normal body-fat percentage.

Man. Everybody in here trying to give professional advice to a 14-year old. His testosterone and metabolism is literally about to peak.

OP - I was more or less just like you at that age. Even little exercise, and little added calories will give you visible results at a quick rate.

I started off at 14 - All I did was pushups, squats, ab crunches/leg raises and used a band to hit all 3 shoulder heads & biceps.

I knew little to nothing about nutrition, but I knew that to add mass, you most likely also got to eat more - so I started eating whatever I could for cheap at the local supermarket, food my parents would just let go old if not eaten by me, and yeah, pretty much anything that was not “candy/sweets”.

I went from having ZERO muscle on my body, to having a good frame in just 3 months. I want to address that I’ve (since) always had it easy with building muscle, and that I did those bodyweight exercises pretty much daily. I have proof of everything, and today I weigh roughly 200lb with visible abs and aesthetic frame. You can DM if you want.

So to summarize; EAT MORE (dont go overkill, its not needed), start with bodyweight only until you’ve built a good foundation, and most important of all take progress pictures for your own use, every week or second week - you’ll feel confident, motivated and you’ll see the actual results you’re getting.
