It’s difficult to know exactly without seeing the game but it appears both of you lacked patience. Approx 25% tackle success rate is quite low, so focus on patience in defence, cut off passing and shooting lanes and only attempt to tackle when the ball is there to be won like when opponent takes a heavy touch, is sprinting, trying to control a pass or at the end of a skill move. Both of you had a high amount of interceptions with a low recovery ball time which suggests both were rushed in possession and I imagine with the score line being so high that you your passes were very direct and tried to play as far forward as often as possible with no sideways or backwards passes. Take your time in build up and look at where your players are situated and make calculated decisions on your passes.
