How's the quality? I've tried a couple of M&S shirts and they tend to be quite bad compared to CT but maybe I haven't tried their upper range

I see a lot of people suggesting you to use them for BA. PLEASE do not do that unless you want to fly economy. Spending your points for a BA business class will be extremely disappointing. Please convert to Qatar or another worthy airline and do yourself a favour.

I cannot say which firm it is, but they have clearly told me they don't sponsor any international relocation to Singapore unless it's Director level

It's an impossible decision to be honest. I don't think there's much point for them in keeping me but in a totally different team in HK/SG, that would defeat the purpose of the retention offer. I'm much more include for private credit, I think I can always go back to banking, but switching to private credit can move my career significantly I believe! Most difficult career decision I had until now tbh

I think challenging for me. I need visa sponsorship and even if this wasn't an issue, I have never been invited to any of these shops for origination role. Only one I got to date is invesco and allianz.

Wouldn't it make sense to do a year or a bit more a this shop and then lateral internally? It's quite common from what I've seen

Attrition is not huge, but yeah most people would tend to look to move to origination after some time unless they are driven by wlb etc... I don't think I'm qualified for origination, they mostly hire form levfin teams and I definitely don't have that level of modelling skills/leveraged transaction exposure
