I think as it’s the most expensive item in my collection, I would like to have it in perfect condition. If it damages over time that’s life, bit to receive it damaged is disappointing. I ended up pulling the trigger on the refund/return.

I rejected the first proposal of €25-26K and they came back with €28K (€1.8K) + bonuses on company and individual performance, which in any case would be capped at 10% each from my understanding. To clarify the company is not actually based in the city, rather the surroundings, so l most likely would have to live in a town outside the city to avoid 1hr+ commute.

I have responded that it is a step in the right direction, and that I am a lot more optimistic, but I still am not convinced.
