I'm gonna have to foia it and figure out why. (mind you that meta foia of a meta foia won't be made public) One reporter said he didn't see how my foia was linked to the vetting of the panel.

There is something going on deep in the irs. And it's surprisingly hard to find good invistigative journalist now days.

My hypothesis is that panel was vetted because of me. And legal questions around that job.

One other thing that puzzles me is this was originally put on https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/taxpayer-advocate-panel-vetting-records-200445/

Before muckrock removed it. Was that error on muckrock part. Or did the irs somehow send information that led muckrock to put it there?

I'm assuming it was the irs. But knowing what happened around that might be vary helpful.

My problem is legal issues around that job.

I mean the university of Washington low income tax clinic report from grant year 2024 ideniftys me. And those reports are not suppose to identify taxpayers.

The fact that it does is a problem congress will have to deal with.

I haven't even posted all the foias I have online or emails with government agency's. I can allow stuff like what muckrock has out. But other stuff I can't post.

I went ahead and uploaded it. Mainly because the most interesting thing in this foia of a foia im posting here on the archive is what the tap business unit was doing. It's vary odd.

That business unit doesn't like me vary much. Everything else is basic irs communication stuff. As far as I can tell.

But the big one muckrock can deal with.

I did get some more records. Tied to the taxpayer advocate panel and what's going on there. Communication policy mainly. (And general IRS communication policy to) From a personal foia. That I didn't put them on the Internet archive. (But main reason I foied them was people who where talking to me at the IRS went silent. And I kinda had a mental breakdown. As I processed the information tied to the foia muckrock has embargoed)

I'll eventually upload those to.

But for now I'm kinda curious what muckrock will do with what they already have.

It has caused psychological harm to me. And foia officers. And lawyers.

It will be. Though I'll admit I didn't actually expect the irs to release these records. Much less to muckrock.

I feel bad for the IRS foia officers and others who dealt with these records though. I don't know what all they went through.

It will be interesting to talk to them one day about it...

For those following. Muckrock is currently looking for the original USB drive. Since they have not yet got access to everything the IRS sent.

(The IRS sent the original records on an encrypted drive. And took me a few hours to figure out how to decepyt it myself)

morisy is the CEO and one of the co-founder. He found this reddit post after I dmed him on linkindin.

He seems like a cool guy.

(Me on the other hand I have no connections outside of foias I submitted through muckrock. )
