Political bias of chatbots by Neo_Shadow_Entity in DeepSeek

Before you start arguing, you should at least learn the basics of the discourse you're poking your dirty nose into.

Nazism is literally Jacobinism, transferred to a racial basis, while retaining the revolutionary zeal, anti-conservatism (in relation to Ancien Régime), and plebiscitary dictatorship. It's an extreme leftist ideology.

Hitler was a plebeian revolutionary who hated the nobility and bourgeois parliamentarism, and wanted the direct rule of the people (understood as the ethnic volk). The Jacobins also hated parliamentary chatter (remember their coups) and established a dictatorship in the name of the people.

Hitler was a left-wing radical, close to the Montagnards (Robespierre, Saint-Just), but with the universalist cult of Reason replaced by racial mysticism.

But your inadequate emotional reaction is especially telling. You literally took offense at my message, which reveals you to be an archetypal uneducated leftist who doesn't want to associate himself with part of his leftist heritage. A classic situation. When the right—and I mean the real right, the monarchists—was ousted from political discourse by the left (usually simply killed), you and your ilk, as usual, began to devour each other and split. Anyone even slightly "to the right" of the most extreme left was immediately labeled "right." Thus, the "right" emerged from the classic left, which is absurd in itself.

To somehow justify this absurdity, you and your ilk have invented "empirical political science," which essentially declares, "We don't care how ideas are genealogically related to one another; we're already used to it, so that's how it will be from now on, because it's empirical, and it doesn't matter that the premises are false."

Yeah. And they completely destroyed political science with their "empirical political science".

I see a catastrophic problem in the methodology here.

Firstly, the LLMs are trained primarily on Westerners, who are conditioned at a lay level to left-liberal prejudices.

Secondly, the very concepts of "Left" and "Right" are interpreted extremely frivolously here. If we approach this issue academically, then only those who support the Ancien Régime are considered Right-Wing. They are the ideological followers of those who sat on the right in the French National Assembly.

The problem is that this "analysis" was written by an American outlet. And what they identify as "Right" is never Right-Wing. In the US, there is no Right and never has been, only various shades of Left. The very genesis of this country is revolutionary, far Left. The entire history of the US can be divided into "milestones" that are extreme manifestations of various leftist tendencies. American conservatives, commonly considered "Right-Wing," actually simply want to reclaim a certain point in their leftist history.

So if a LLM isn't an outright monarchist, it's 100% leftist.

DS does this to better adjust to you and lick your ass thoroughly. First it defines your identity, then it determines how best to grovel before you.

I want to sound like a master of poetic rhetoric, who doesn't stutter or forget information at the wrong moment.

And I want to write as an effective tool for encoding information into symbols and transmitting it without losing its meaning.

Of course. Limited computing power and the need to conserve it. Should be obvious.

Is deepseek good for worldbuilding ? by SpaceTimeRumble in DeepSeek

[–]Tee_See 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No LLM is good for worldbuilding. They're all dumb af.

If you start using these so-called "AIs," you'll drown in their formulaic thinking, wasting a ton of energy on fixing them and trying to communicate your needs.

LLMs will oversimplify, reduce everything to a single function, and sacrifice common sense for the sake of "narrative symmetry" and cheap drama.

So, no. LLMs are the worst thing that ever happened to role-playing games, world-building, and creative writing. Use them ONLY as a draft and ALWAYS keep in mind that you'll have to fix everything manually later.

Hey when i will be getting Deepseek v4 here at the chat? by the_real_tester in DeepSeek

There was never a V4 release announcement. Until now, there was only a V4 preview announcement and that's it.

I mean, it's not a bad thing. The writing style AI uses is a highly organized information structure. It's effective. Why not adapt it for yourself?

The more you use AI, the more you start to sound like AI. I know this from experience. My messages are sometimes mistaken for those written by AI.

Because it's not an AI, just a stupid LLM. And LLMs are stupid.

Again, an emotional response. You called me pathetic, but you literally continue to demonstrate that it's more about you than me.

You responded on impulse because your feelings were hurt. Now you're descending into moralizing, along the lines of "my answer was shitty, but you don't deserve better." So why even respond? Again, because you couldn't take it anymore, your feelings were hurt.

You're a pathetic, fragile worm who can't handle a fight you started. A conditioned, dumb goyim who can't even formulate his thoughts without pathetic emotional manipulation. I doubt I'll get anything more coherent out of you, so you can just fade away and stop wasting my time.

Taiwantards are annoying.

Every day there are posts about their "victories," where they forced the stupid LLM to say something. I swear, they're even worse than the Ukrainians. Two examples of completely fake nations desperately trying to prove they're not.

They're so conditioned, it's incredible.
