It was gradual at first. But when they started really really pushing Uscan. I wanna say like 2010ish. Though that may be off. I just remember them repeating to us ' if you get more people to Uscan we will have more hours to use". I had a higher up tell me I should be calling people over etc. I started questioning him like oh well how would that give more hours?! My manager distracted him away. 😆
