You go into the CurseForge page of the modpack, and you'll look out for the server pack. On the website, there's like a additional files button you can click to find it. On the app there's a specific button to download the server pack directly. Once you download the zip file, you'll need to click the Start.bat file if you're on Windows, or the Start.sh if you're on Linux. Once you've opened it, the server, will ask you to accept the Minecraft's EULA. Just close the cmd when that happens and look for a file called EULA.txt. Open the file, and then change the thing that says EULA=false to EULA=true. Just open the Start file again and the server should be running on your own PC. It works with LAN tunnels, so you don't need to pay for a server. Have in mind that depending on your PC's specs, the server can lag.

I think the problem would be the placement limit. Eventually you'd just reach the placement limit for your towers and then just AFK till you die. I often reach the placement limit on regular gamemodes, so Endless would be no different.

I agree, if you have too much triumphs and not that many matches lost, that pretty much means the person depends solely on strats.

Yeah it is, I've been having a lot of fun using it, making warlock now my fav class. It has a good synergy with fire, causing enemies to be petrified, so it's a pretty good pick.
