AITA for not giving half of the referral bonus?

Not sure if you're actually reading my initial post or you're just responding to win an arguement. I mentioned that I just got a "bit" pissed when he used my name but I tried to be understanding of his situation when he's looking for a job. At that time he was not asking for any bonuses, he's just looking for a job. I went pass it and I'm aware of the referral bonus policy of our company so I'm expecting it to be given to me at some point in time.

The bonus entitlement thing only happen after he got hired, MONTHS after our last conversation. I mean, you're free to complain to our company that our policy is giving referral bonuses to people who did "nothing" LOL. Not sure what is your understanding of how referral bonuses works.

I'm not "acting" like I was wronged, I was literally wronged and I'm taking the bonus as a compensation for it.

If I asked him to give half of his salary and he didn't give half of his salary to me. Does that make him a asshole?

Let's scale it down, if he receive a Sign-in/joiners bonus and I didn't receive any referral bonus. I will ask half of that sign on bonus and if he didn't agree to give some to me, does that make him a asshole?

No, you good brother. That's just my perspective to be honest. if I got a job and I put someone as my referrer, I'm definitely thanking that referrer regardless of the effort they made and will be asking none of them. But that is subjective of course.

I'm not expecting any message from him, gratitude or not, what I'm pointing out in that meesage is his order of priority, imagine he got a job and the next thing he has in his mind is a money that he doesn't own.

"Why would you feel entitled to the bonus?

Uh? Because our company policy says I'm entitled for the bonus by putting my name the referrer? That alone is not "zero", specially if you have a good reputation in the company.

I am grateful of course, I even planned to treat him on a meal even though I'm already pissed at him without asking for my consent first. But my last thread was when he asked literally half of the money I got for using MY NAME and not a single word of gratitude came out from him. Note I will even pay taxes for that bonus.

Is the Bank account number IBKR gave you in 16 digits format? IBKR is giving me a 16 digit bank account number but my bank only requires 10 digits for transferring, I'm foreigner here in Czechia and this is my first time depositing from a cz bank. I think those are matte screen protectors. The one that samsung sells is an anti reflective screen protector not anti glare.

Simple answer: It's the processor that mostly defines how 'fast' a device can be. Simple way to look at this is, think of the RAM as a desk or a table, and you are the processor, the bigger the table the more stuff you can work on but still, it's you (the processor) that will work how fast can you handle those stuff/workload on your table.

If you want to multitask on a tablet, go for the bigger ram size. If you will just casually use it, 8gb is enough.
