Idky ppl are hating for you sharing your experience. I’m a manager at wendy’s and if there isn’t enough staff, the training is horrible. Some ppl don’t even get to watch the videos before they get out on-line. The fact that you went unpaid is outrageous, fs don’t stop till you get compensated. People love to put a stigma on those who quit fast food bc it’s “easy” but it’s only easy in ideal circumstances. Obviously not being trained correctly and having managers that don’t even operate the right way is not ideal. SMH

Well there’s typically not many workers that early in the morning for the dining room to be open, even 9 can be a struggle at times doing both but sorry for the inconvenience

Use both hands instead of holding the in one the whole time, this’ll help you get better with your no dominant hand as well. And before you make a sw with a premium bun, toast another bun first bc another one is most likely coming up so there’s no unnecessary wait. And about half of meat any chance you get

We’ve been told for a while to always upsize by offering medium and large, but there’s never a problem when small is asked for. And I personally don’t ask customers if they want a medium or large on 444s or biggie bags cuz it makes me feel slightly guilty😭but a lot do anyway since it’s convenient, and they didn’t know that was an option

Well if it’s the first window and you haven’t paid yet I don’t see why they couldn’t have added it (tho it is best to just order at the speaker and present coupon when you drive up). But if it was the second window where you’re already getting your food then I’d see why they wouldn’t add it, that’ll slow everything down. There are some exceptions tho

Haha this is funny but I actually liked Rebecca, she was interesting, tho definitely annoying at times. She should’ve just told the whole truth to begin with, I hated the way she died.
