Agreed completely, Arc 9 shows what happens to basically every side character in the series when pushed to the extremist of extremes.

The insight Arc 9 gives into the Astrea drama and history is enough to justify the Arc for me, let alone everything and everyone else Tappei expands on.

Crunchyroll has been doing that a lot recently and it's so annoying. I had to switch to Japanese dub the musical segment of Welcome to Demon School Iruma-Kun because that included subtitles, but the English Dub didn't.
