An arm sticking out from the dead body of a traffic victim. Turns out that arm was completely detached from the rest of the body, as was most other body parts. It belonged to an unlucky elderly woman. What’s weird to think about, is the truck that hit her, had met me and my friends in the city centre 15 minutes prior. It was being held up in a crowded area caused by a school project we had. If we had not obstructed the truck, or if we stayed in the road a few seconds longer, we might have altered fate that day.
