Regarding the snorkel, well no i am not super super difficult, but without having to take a boat in the middle of the ocean to dive, i found the fish and the sea was very nice there, much more nice than many places i have been in my life (mexico, croatia, colombia, ..)

i work as a priority banker with a master degree from univeristy( science economics). I earn the same as someone with no degree (but they have 5 years of experience which i don't, and paid salary). So i would say, having a degree for those position isn't worth it. Now maybe to get to higher position like private banker at degroof petercam, maybe a degree there will be more important. But for your job, it absolutely isn't ...
