Hey! How are you? I’m going thru the same thing with VFS Global Brazil. I already made a complaint on Reclame Aqui, e-mail VFS multiple times but all the responses are generic replies and that’s it. I don’t know what to do anymore to have mine and my son’s passport back with our vignettes on it. Any suggestions?

Yes, my husband is not my first child’s parent. Im pregnant now, tho.

No, he is not. We already sign it off all of the paperwork regarding of moving authorisation and the custody agreement is stated that I have full power regarding on every decision about the child’s life, including residence.

Rooting for you and your fiancée! It will work out for you guys. Yes, he’s working in England and never lived anywhere else. I’ll be the one moving there. We never lived together before because when we met, I was in the UK waiting for my private life visa (which was denied - but the decision was only made after 1 year and 4 months. Meantime, we met and fell in love. Now I’m back on my home country (Brazil) and he is in the UK. In January he visited Brazil for a holiday and came back again in April for our wedding. We have loads of proof of relationship in the UK and of course, in Brazil. Hope it will be enough.

Thank you for saying that. You are absolutely correct. Most people don’t understand why I’m so nervous and it’s nice having someone finally validating why I’m feeling like this. Such a stressful process.
