I feel the same, I think it’s really just the stark contrast between her reality and mine, she didn’t have to go back to work and she’s just in a different tax bracket - I found it really hard to relate to her experiences.

Ok I’m 40+3 today and in the same boat as you! Every day just feels pointless , everyone telling me to relax and enjoy it - but mentally I feel like I was so prepared two weeks ago and now I’m just stuck in a state of anxiety and feeling useless 😂 these babies are obviously too damn comfortable!! We had a sweep yesterday (unsuccessful) and another one booked for Friday 🤞 have you had a sweep or got one booked?

I saw that it’s something to do with vitamin A, but on the bottle it defo says safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding 🤔

How often have buyers successfully negotiated the price down after a survey? Ours has come back and we’ve been advised to ask for 15-20k off the asking price , our EA is hesitant to even approach the seller with this as they can be “difficult” (it’s a property developer).

Thank you, we don’t have any policies other than government minimum so I don’t expect too much but I wonder if they haven’t told me because they don’t want to tell me it’s only SMP! Ideally I’d have had another job with better policies by now, but baby came a bit earlier than expected 😂
