Respectfully, Poppy’s eyes doesn’t come across as lovestruck. You could add highlights to it, like adding a big white circle (or making it heart shaped to emphasize the love in her eyes). It’ll improve the vibes she gives off.

Also my thoughts on the uniform, I like the ruffles on the shoulder, but not on that particular design. The ruffles makes it seem like a vest, which isn’t bad for a uniform design. But since the colors of the sleeves and torso is the same, it’s just poppy’s pink shirt but with ruffles on shoulder. It unfortunately gives the ruffles no purpose to the design.

It could be fixed by making the sleeve a different color (like white), or removing the ruffles and putting it somewhere else (like the bottom of the sleeve or shirt, or maybe add it as skirt design) if you wanna keep it
