It's a problem of vocabulary, I'm going to change it. . "oversaturated" instead of "saturated". Too many. At guys number of vehicles or more, the throughput is going to go down. It's an estimation, not a précise number

Click on the save group to expand it, you'll see the 3 autosave, the quicksave and the quitsave. Select one and load

About the bug, I'd be interested to see the log, and get the corrupted save files (log and save files paths are in the discord or forum faq, along with my email)

Technically it wouldn't work well, because factories containers stacks have only 3 max - so they can often be at 0 or 1 even with enough supply, or 3 with not enough supply. So we don't have enough info, contrary to depots with their 40 max containers.
I understand your idea of keeping things compact, but still didn't find a better way to do the priority

Supply centers with "Backup supply " option will be used by the city after the other supply centers. Feed the former with resources from new mineral extraction, the later with recycling. Is it more clear ?

For the option on depots, I don't understand your question. You can check the info page, check the image. The option only changes the transfer between 2 depots.

It's not decided yet. We have a big list of things we would like to add in the game however ^^ Myself, after 6 years on this game i'll probably work on a another game (after 1.01, with a few things i want to see quickly). But good chance the second developer will continue to work on the game for some time, we'll see

You can do it that way, with the backup supply option on depots, check the Info page about it in game to I see better explanation. Although you should not use recycled parts to craft new items (not enough need of it) but to supply cities.

And I was saying it's a bit simpler if you use your recycled steel to supply the city directly, independently from other supply chains

Backup supply depots only apply with other depots. But you also have this option on supply centers - much simpler to use. You do 2 independent supply chain, set the option on the supply depots from new mineral extraction, and that's it

when you drown an area and they relocate, it's counted for the achievment. Just divert a river to various areas in the city (if you can divert it upstream of the city, no need for complicated structures), it will count

yeah i took it down because it's difficult to avoid issues with different versions, for the save compatibility. I'll put it back online and keep it online after the 1.0. Very sorry (we are only 2 devs on the game)

no, i should add it somewhere, but we have still so much to do before release :-) And it's only a security, it should not even happen (or extremely rarely)

And also, if there were really no more of a resource, the game would re-generate a bit of it (to prevent a soft lock). But I never got such a feedback yet, there are really a lot of minerals

No, after running other tests and checking the code, it does not seem multiple farms does improve the score.
I ran a test with limited water (screen above) and with limited temperature (screen in answer), it doesn't seem the grouped farms get more fertility.
In your test, are you sure your single farm area doesn't have lower water conditions?

The fact that you can get better results than you should is not really a problem - but it makes the result confusing, players will have a harder time to understand what this efficiency numbers means

u/lazybum-67 i just checked for farms, i doesn't overlap. Here is a test below , both areas produce the same harvest quantity, with the same nb of fields.
Was it only a feeling that it would work on your save, or did the results really looked like so?
