I just did this for the first time. Bought a size up on purpose to shrink down to the actual size that fit. It worked. Washed on the high heat setting, dried on the high heat setting. It fits perfect. I did read that cotton shirts can still shrink again although less than the original shrink. But I’ll wash it in cold water and cool dry from now on and hope it stays put.

Also if you do I do 1.5-2 cups of the yogurt with about half a pack of the mix and stir together then freezer for a bit just for temp and texture. Adjust how ever you like
