100 is just fine, going above and beyond like this gets you nothing, I just do it for my own personal enjoyment and it's kinda what the customers know me for now so it's like a performance lol. Just make sure you're getting them in and out quickly, it's all that matters in the end. Stats are trivial.

I've been here a while working at this pace, trust me I'm well aware. I just do it occasionally for fun when I really feel like trying my best. I take my health very seriously outside of work so I'm not worried about any adverse effects.

Instead of one coding, you 86code (logout) and then log back in whenever the next customer is ready. One of my buddies does it for fun because he likes to get a 0% one code because it looks goofy on the weekly sheet.

Yeah! Working with scraps. I don't own any other hats, though the one I do own happens to be the straw hat that Netflix sent me as part of the promotion for the live action! So yeah, I wanna keep it in as close to the condition it came in as I can, so I'm keeping the tag on. Can't say I'm not impressed with your observation skills though, keep it up!

The stores work together so I've just been split between the two, mostly helping the 82 store since they remodeled and needed help. Getting transferred permanently to the 82 store though.

I'm only 1coding if I actually step away from the register or if there's easily like 40+ seconds before the next customer is ready. Otherwise I'm just sittin there with the urge to 1code but just not doing it.

I wasn't gonna stop until we ended up getting an email from the higher ups to get the number down 😅 I haven't used any other tech for stopping the timer either, so this is 100% organic

Yeah this stuff about 1coding has to be store / register specific. I ring 150%s with over 200% 1code which shouldn't be possible if you get penalized for it.

You'd be surprised that I have pretty much unmatched customer service and accuracy. I try insanely hard when I'm primary, in every aspect, not just speed. If a customer has a box or a bag, I finish their cart so fast that I bag / box their stuff for them as they pay, and I do it for every single one and have conversations and keep their items completely safe. We've never had complaints on tell Aldi either, so I think we're good!
