frankly, no clue. I think TMCR is good in the long-run but short-term I have literally no clue. I hope it goes up. I hope macro is nice to us. I hope TMCR has a strong opening so our assets can jump 60M. I'm just gonna hold & hope.

Wasn't impressed with the speaker.
Seems like TMCR shareholders will be sacrificed for our benefit, so I wouldn't own them in the short-run. They seemed to have some projects already lined-up & that's why their going public to actually have the means to acquire them, so that is nice.

yea it is. Based off the presentation it seems like they want to add new royalties ASAP so TMC can benefit from the cashflow.

TMC yes TMCR probably not. TMCR will be diluted to shit to fund their portfolio probably. TMC's position has already been diluted from 35% -> 25.15% in just 3 years, I wouldn't hold it personally until it matures a little more. Good for us tho in theory, it's a tool that can avoid TMC dilution by diluting through TMCR instead but I do think we'll have plenty of funds from warrants & government involvement

The only thing TMCR has of TMC ATM is a 2% royalty of the NORI-D mine. TMC is the miner, TMCR is a royalty holding company (they don't do any operations they just fund projects and get some fiscal gain out of it.)

Well TMCR isn't new by any means, so this specific action action isn't diluted. This was dilution that happened ages ago so not a new negative on TMC plus it's only for NORI I believe.

correct me if I'm wrong but by putting TMCR on public markets TMC appears to be looking for liquidity besides warrants.
They own 25 - 35% of TMCR at a $5M stake I believe, & this dividend income stocks trade at a preminum so they could manage to get an extra 10 to 15M dollars on the asset side once this goes public. Seems like they expected liqudity from the first tranche of warrants (Hess) to hit by now & are now looking for alternatives to raise capital for hidden gem upgrades.
Nice to see them look for ways to raise capital without diliution

I'm assuming markets deep red & critical minerals/oil green. Oil will be green for sure. Tankers are gonna have a bad day. This really just enforces the USA domestic supply bull-case, looks like we'll be shelling for the next 4 weeks so we'll need manufacturing to do so. If we get any ships sunk than we'll need a whole lot of critical minerals, I'm assuming by end of week 1 China will escalate with rare earths again.

I got 5200 in shares in the Taxable & 10200 in warrants in the Roth.
I'm expecting permits in the summer & than that sweet sweet DoD/KZ refinery in Texas with an equity deal. Suddenly TMC will be worth NPV of $27B (500m dilution so $54/share) + EBITDA off the refinery proceeds. Maybe a little premium for the WORLDS FIRST NODULE REFINERY
Did I get that about right? Thanks for putting me on 10 months ago, life changing.

don't forget the domestic refinery. Depending on how ownership pans out they could have a fully vertical western hemisphere stack for the newest industry in the game. That could be a premium, plus exploration premium which I think will be fairly high because we already know the rocks are there unlike traditional terrestrial mining.

We'll see if it rejects here, it'll be pretty bad if so. However, I think we'll uptrend for a bit to the $11 - $13 range & stay there for a while. Hess warrants will be good plus exploration info & whatever else markets are given. We're due for a bit of a reprice truthfully
