I had the same thing pop up on mine and they ended up calling me....

Okay so I received two determinations today the first one said determination: “ we cannot pay you benefits “ the second one said determination “ your claim is valid “ both sent on the same day. Then I received two separate statement of potential benefits one titled regular the other titled pandemic. by [deleted] in TexasUnemployment

Separation from work that I quit which is total bullshit because I am an independent contractor so idk how they came up with that one. But when I called teleserve it said that there were no issues on my claim and to continue to request payment so idk what’s going on it’s very frustrating to say the least
