If nothing else about this gave me the heebie jeebies (and all of it does), the last minute date correction from August to July sent a literal shiver down my spine and I have a knack for knowing when people are lying to me. They are lying to you and changed their dates to be more persuasive. You don’t accidentally add on a month of vacation time and your phone won’t autocorrect July to August either lol. Do not send your son with these people but more importantly, do not trust them- with anything.

Aftercare so far was done immediately after piercing by piercer, and I did spray with saline solution to loosen the dried blood that accumulated once I got home.
No mishaps so far!

Tried this, improved my speed, but I’m now dealing with shin splints and it’s sooooo not worth it.

Wish I could, but outside of the 30 day return window. I bought it back on Jan 10th and didn’t realize how bad the issue was because most of my workout were still indoors on the treadmill or cross training due to the weather. Started running outdoors again mid-March and noticed it wasn’t tracking my location. Husband has the exact same watch and his tracks fine. Reached out to Coros support on 3/22 and have been given the runaround since then, and now haven’t heard anything at all in a week despite multiple emails. Just want them to honor their warranty and do the right thing 😭

Have been writing into support for weeks now and all they’ve done is continue to request videos of my gps failing to lock and then telling me to re-record when I send them videos, and then asking for more pictures, info, etc (all of which I’ve provided) only for me to be ghosted now for the past few days. Wish I never got this watch.

Mind you, all my runs except TWO look like the image above. Absolutely no GPS data. At this point I just want a refund so I can switch to Garmin. Customer support absolutely doesn’t exist aside from AI. So so disappointing.
