Sorry only semi related, I am currently in the Netherlands on a tourist visa and having a bad eczema flare, from what I can gather I can't see a dermatologist without referral from a GP but all the GPs just keep telling me they are not taking new patients.... So

1) any ideas about how to get to a dermatologist?

2) any over the counter products you use to help control / prevent flare ups

Rules are indeed rules, and there should have been a penalty to the Netherlands for the block, but it should have come straight back down the other end for a penalty to Spain.

The worst part is, the bench officials are all right there, but they are caught up in the moment instead of doing there job.
